So, I'd like to lose some weight and I haven't workout for ages, so I thought I'd like to start with it again. It's winter now and it's really cold and snowy outside so I can't really workout outside, cause I don't like skiing and stuff like that. So what exercises can I do at home? What would be intensive too? I'm way too young to go to the gym I think. Oh, and it would be really good if it's inexpensive.
