Voice Changer???????????

Okay i want ot Rec. this song i made but i want to do some cool sound effectes to my voice and stuff. Like make is sound like it is skiping or underwater?? you know cool stuff like that! what can i download that has a lot of different stuff you can do to your voice???? Thanks =)
