Do you think this is cute ?

I know Halloween is still a ways away but i be kinda broke ( college student ) but, i was thinking about making my own tutu. i want to go as a referee . I was gone make a black and white tutu and wear legging black or white doest really matter and a referee shirt and black heels or boots have not made up my mind on that yet. I just wanted ask if you think this ideal is cute or note
