It depends on what breed you want. Often breed registries have member listings, which equals breeders, which equals people selling goats. Say you're interested in Nigerian Dwarfs, you will find a listing at NDGA.org . There are no places where you can just click a 'add to shopping cart' on for an animal such as a goat. Most breeders like to know the person they're selling their animals to, and some are quite picky about the home their babies will be going to (I'm one of the picky ones. ;^).
