Theres a little white bumps or clear looking bumps on my upper lip?

so this morning i woked up with a bump on my lip it was weird cause i never never had a bump or little white bumps on my lip i keep thinking its a cold sore but im wondering if its a normal cold sore or a cold sore from ......here are my facts theres no one on my family that has it......i havent slept or kiss no other girl except with the one i been with for two years i trust her and know her and she doest have anything and after i told her she doesnt have anything so if it really is like she would of have it for now but she has nothing....so idk if im tripping out to much that is or just a regular cold sore.
