I stopped reading when you said nuclear fallout in America. No. Not even close. The radiation, if any, is no more worse than eating a banana (Vitamin K [potium] is slightly radioactive). Nuclear fallout is not even close to a problem. Anyway, you are exactly right about the fact that Obama is stupid and "leader" is a term that should be loosely applied to him.
