HELP! where can i find this coat?

So a week ago, i saw a little boy (age probably around 3) on bart with a red and black plaid hooded coat, it looked SO ADORABLE! before i could ask the adult he was with where he got it, they got off bart. I been lookig online (baby gap, old navy, macys, etc) but i cant seem to find it. Here's all the details i know it was red and black, it looked like a pea coat, AND there was a small buckle/belt on the lower back of the coat. Does anyone know what im talking about, if so please tell me the brand and link where i can get it, i want to buy one for my son.
