What type of violations can get your unarmed security license pulled?

There was an incident at my job where a coworker left the post unmanned and unsecure at 11:45 pm. His shift was from 10pm to 6am. I showed up at 5:45am and by this time all hell had broken loose with the client. I didn't know what was happening and I was the first to tell my supervisor. The account was in jeopardy to this persons negligence due to being disgruntled. Not only was the post unsecure for about 6hrs... this person pretty much trashed the booth. I was just wondering because my supervisor is going to the state to try to get this persons security license pulled.
