What can i do about this?

what operating system you have?? if it is not original windows xp with license code and legal activatuion and you do not have sp2 embedded with it,,, then no solution,, you have to use windows media player 9 series or 10 if you have sp1,,,,if u have another operating system,,, then you have to tell us what is it?
