Need help please been asking questions?

and all i have ben seeing is alert your down 30 and 45 point but i looked at the points i have abd they are still the same that would of made me go from 735 to 575 i think yahoo answer is messed up plaes tell me what going on cause i have checked out my email and there is nothing there saying ive got reported by anybody
