I HAVE TIGHTENED AIR/FUEL SCREW OF GLAMOUR BIKE FULL TIGHT & THEN LOOSEN UPTO ONE & HALF TURN. IS IT A CORRECT?

What do you mean by full tight?If you tightened the screw very tight you have very possibly messed it up.A carb screw should only be lightly seated then screwed back out.As for the 1 1/2 turns that just an initial setting.You still need to fine tune the settings.
