How should I start out an outline for Claudius' speech in Hamlet in ACT 1 Scene 2?

I am having to write an outline for Claudius' speech in Hamlet in ACT 1 Scene 2. Directions: Politicians prepare a set of notes before making any major speech. Write the notes (in outline form) that Claudius prepared for himself before his first speech in Scene 2. The teacher didn't give any specific details on what this should include and I am uncertain of the way I should start/form the paper. Any suggestions or examples would be appreciated. Thank you
