How can I get a copy of my "criminal record" from the court?

When I was 18, I was arrested for a crime I did not do, and ended up having the charges dropped. That was about 10 years ago, and I recently went to court for something else, and even though employers cant see that on my record when they do background checks, the courts can. So how can I see what the courts are seeing? I want a copy of whatever they are looking at, that shows I was arrested at 18. I was arrested in Florida then, but it was a California court I recently went to that mentioned it. The prosecutors could see that charge from when I was 18.
